Wedding Lodging
One of the best parts of a destination wedding at The Wilburton is enjoying the whole weekend with your closest family and friends. The Wilburton accommodates up to 100 lodging guests in 28 spacious guest room & suites and 3 fully-appointed vacation homes on the 30-acre Wilburton resort. Additional guests can stay nearby at the Battenkill Valley Mansion and Levity Mountain Farm. A weekend together with family and friends offers all the best moments of a family reunion, with the wedding as the highlight of the celebration.
All 28 guest rooms (located in The Wilburton Mansion, Maxwell Suites, Equinox Views Villa and Strawberry Hill Villa) feature ensuite bathrooms, mini fridges and TVs.
All vacation homes have kitchens, living rooms, dining rooms, fireplaces, washer/dryers, BBQs and tables and chairs to dine outdoors.
All lodging has a 2 night minimum stay, 3 nights on holidays. Vacation homes may have a longer stay requirement at certain times of the year. All lodging includes complimentary WiFi, satellite TV, on site parking and window air conditioning in summer.
Dogs are welcome for an additional $40/night in all lodging except The Wilburton mansion.
Your guests are welcome to pay for their guest rooms directly through The Wilburton. We will send you a link and you can either assign your guests to specific rooms or let them chose on their own. Weddings require a minimum guarantee of 22 guest rooms. 6 months prior to your wedding you may choose to release or guarantee 6 additional rooms in the Equinox Views Villa. Vacation homes are booked by a separate contract and require a 25% deposit to hold.
