The Battenkill Valley Mansion is a 15 bedroom mansion that sleeps 34. It hosts events for up to 50 guests in winter and 75 in summer and fall.
Levity Mountain Farm is a historic red barn on 200 acres of fields and mountain. It sleeps 20 guests and hosts events for 150.

All lodging requires a 2 night minimum stay. Longer nightly minimums may apply during holidays and peak season.
You may cook in the kitchen or bring in a pre-approved caterer.
We will share our well vetted vendor list for rentals, photographers, musicians, caterers, florists, musicians etc.
All homes require 50% deposit to book and 50% due one month prior to the event.
Dogs are welcome for an additional $125/dog.
10% tax, linens and end-of-stay housekeeping fees are additional.
Event and alcohol hosting insurance is required for events with over 34 guests.
Battenkill Valley Mansion guests may use the pool and tennis facilities at The Wilburton. (Black out times may apply.)
There is an additional facility fee to take wedding photos at The Wilburton. Photo sessions are not available Friday afternoon - Sunday morning.

Nightly Lodging Rates:
• From $2150 off season, $2500 midweek, $2750 weekend- $3000 weekends, $4000 foliage and holidays.
Facility Fees:
• Up to 34 guests: $1000 (Includes tables, folding chairs, plates, glasses and flatware. Table linens are not included.)
• 35-50 guests: $2500 (Includes the above. Guests must purchase event and alcohol insurance.)
• 51-75 guests: $3500 (Plus additional rentals of tables, chairs, plates, glasses, flatware + porto potty.
Minimum night stays:
• 3 nights: May - mid June, September & October
• 4 nights: late June - August
•5 nights: Christmas - New Years
Linens & End of Stay Cleaning: $1500. Tax 10%

Upstairs bedrooms: 3 bedrooms + 1 suite, all with ensuite bathrooms
1 king + day bed suite, 1 room with 2 queens, 1 king with sliding door and a full bedroom.
(2 additional pull out couches in the living room and den.)
The Cottage (2 bedrooms - sleep 10 max)
2 upstairs bedrooms and 2 baths
1 room with 2 twins, 1 room with a queen and 2 bunk beds.
Downstairs pull out couch in the living room downstairs.
Weekend wedding package $8500 .
• Includes tables, chairs, plates, glasses and flatware for 100. (Add rentals for above 100.)
Minimum night stays:
• 2 nights, 3 nights on holidays.
Linens & End of Stay Cleaning: $850. Tax 10%
(You are responsible to clean the wedding barn after your events.)
