The 2-story house features a sunny, spacious living room with a flat screen TV. It opens onto a large screened in deck with ample place to dine outside. There's a dining room with a hardwood table, a galley kitchen with an eat-in-nook, brand new tile flooring, oven, new stove top, full size refrigerator, washing machine, toaster oven, coffee maker and china.
There are 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom upstairs: a large king bedroom that opens up to the wrap around screened-in-deck and a queen bedroom. Downstairs is a queen suite with a brand new master bathroom, an office with a pull-out couch, and another suite with two twin beds and a full-bathroom.
