Wilburton Inn and Restaurant Reservations

Experience true Vermont fine dining in the turn of the century classic elegance of our restaurant's dining rooms. At the beginning of the twentieth century, Wilburton Hall was the largest gentleman's farm in Manchester. This summer Oliver Levis, a graduate of Cornell's Agriculture School has planted heirloom organic crops all around the Wilburton Inn hilltop. Old fashion heirloom produce burst of flavors because they are picked right before dinner. We are serving cocktails on the terrace restaurant and dinner Thursday - Saturday in the air conditioned restaurant, The Billiard Room. Come enjoy beautiful views, breezes and fresh delicious food at the Wilburton Inn.

Our table is set with gleaming silver, crystal glasses, fine china, and lovely fresh flowers. We use prime ingredients and all baking is done at the restaurant of the Wilburton Inn.

Starting August 5 for the month of August, we will be open for our Grill Night on the Terrace from 5PM to 9PM. Come with your family or come with friends. Price $30 per person.
Also join us for our Vegetarian Night on the Terrace every Tuesday this summer from 7 PM to 9 PM hosted by Earth Sky Time Community Farm. This is truly the real farm to table dinner. Price $20 per person
